The Exeter 250 Celebration Commission invites the public to attend America 250 Presentation: NH's Gov. Weare of Hampton Falls at the Exeter Public Library on April 23rd, 2026. This event is planned by the Exeter Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. The event free and open to the public.
The Exeter DAR partners with the Exeter Public library to bring NH scholars Brian Burford and Rodney Obien to town to discuss Gov. Meshech Weare of Hampton Falls, an elder statesman who shepherded Exeter through the turbulent times during the Revolution.
