As Chief of Police for the Town of Exeter, I bring more than 25 years of law enforcement experience to this role, along with a deep personal connection to the community I am proud to serve. Having grown up here and served our country as a military veteran, I understand the importance of trust, accountability, and service above self.

My core values are rooted in professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. I believe in building a department composed of individuals who represent Exeter with the highest standards of conduct, character, and competence. Just as importantly, it is my responsibility to ensure those individuals are supported with the training, leadership, and resources necessary to deliver a professional and responsive level of service to our community.
