Fundraising for Pairpoint Park
Exeter, NH - December 12th, 2025: Imagine a greenspace in downtown Exeter, a pocket park accessible to all, for generations to come, where you can sit under a canopy of native trees, have a cup of coffee, read a book or meet with a friend, and gaze out at a heron fishing in the Exeter River as it cascades down to the Squamscott below. This can be yours. Donate below to make it a reality.

Park Concept: The Shady Bosque
The proposed Shady Bosque design still requires meticulous development and engineering by a landscape architect and an engineer to facilitate construction progress. The Select Board has endorsed the “Shady Bosque” as the preferred concept for the park, which received broad support in a survey of local residents. The Shady Bosque proposal envisions a spiraling pathway beginning at Water Street, leading through a seating area to a deck with views of the river. The pathway and deck will be entirely accessible to all individuals, with gardens and trees along the route for public enjoyment.
The Shady Bosque concept, its inspiration and two elevations are all shown below.
