Intuitive Art Making Art Classes

This 2-week program will have you turning your doodles into complex looking art pieces that ANYONE can do! Week 1 starts with Art Meditation. In this 2-hour class, students will create artwork by starting with one pattern at a time. This is a meditative process that helps reduce stress and builds confidence while having fun! Each new pattern builds into an overall sophisticated and intricate piece of art work. No need for erasers either as there are no mistakes in creating this pattern! Week 2, students will create interesting abstract paintings using the mark making patterns learned in week 1. You will be able to create notecards, journal covers and prints showcasing you new art form!

Registration: Registration begins December 29, 2025 for residents and Monday, January 5, 2026 for non-residents. Registration is open to Exeter and surrounding towns, on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration accepted at the Exeter Multigenerational Community Center during our business hours, in-person, by phone, on-line or mail. Payment must be paid at the time of registration.

Fee: Residents, $5.00, Non-Residents $7.00. Registration Fee includes all materials needed. Please make your check payable to E.P.R.D. Visa, MasterCard, Discover Apple Pay & Google Pay accepted. There will be a $20.00 fee charged for each returned check.
