Scams and Fraud Prevention

Description: Learn how to better protect yourself financially through this one day presentation on scam and fraud prevention. Exeter Police Department and a representative from Newburyport Bank will walk you strategies (old and new) hackers use to steal your identity and financial information.

Registration: Registration is open to Exeter residents on Monday, March 2, 2026 and non-residents on Monday, March 9, 2026, on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations are accepted at the Exeter Recreation Office during our business hours, on-line, mail or by phone. (8) Minimum, (24) maximum.

Date & Time: Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 1:00-2:30pm (depending on Q&A).

Fee: There is no fee for this program

Deadline: The deadline to register is April 6, or once the class is full. Note: We need a minimum of 8 people registered for this class. Maximum is 24.
