Join Exeter Parks & Recreation for Wellness Wednesdays, a new weekly program designed to promote healthy living, fitness, and personal wellness. Held Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM throughout June, each session features a different expert-led topic. Participants can enjoy staying active with fitness instructor Jake from StrongBridge Strength on June 3, learn makeup tips for mature adults with Lynette on June 10, explore healthy eating and nutrition with registered dietician Naomi on June 17, and discover natural wellness practices with John Moro of The Herbal Path on June 24. Wellness Wednesdays offer a fun and informative way to stay active, learn something new, and connect with the community.
