Marriages

Getting married? Our office issues Marriage Licenses by appointment only Monday/Wednesday/Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesdays 8am - 6pm. Please contact our office at (603)418-6403 to schedule a time that works for you. A Justice of the Peace is available to officiate (no vows) if you would like to get married the same day you obtain the license. Please note a Marriage License is valid for 90 days for a marriage taking place in New Hampshire. Fees are listed below:

Marriage License $50
Justice of the Peace Signature (Officiant) $40
Marriage Certificate $15 (additional copies of the same record are $10)
