Exeter Space Needs Assessment - Administrative and Service Functions Request for Proposals

The Town of Exeter requests proposals for organizational strategies that encourage collaboration and employee engagement while accommodating diverse work activities, operational requirements and public service functions.  The proposed workplace solution must remain flexible and responsive to evolving service demands, workforce needs and long-term organizational growth.  If should support the Town's commitment to effective, efficient, accessible and responsible service delivery, advance sustainability initiatives and ensure the optimal use of the Town's physical assets.

The budget for the assessment shall not exceed $50,000 inclusive of expenses.

Proposals, including 5 hard copies and 1 electronic copy, are due Friday, September 11, 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Exeter Town Manager's Office in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:
