Public Information Meeting - Great Dam Remebrance Committee

Calendar Date:
Tuesday, March 24, 2015 - 6:30pm to 8:00pm

The Town of Exeter is planning to remove the Great Dam on the Exeter River. As part of the on-going design and permitting of the project, the Town of Exeter and its partners, which includes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, are working to define the potential effects on historic resources that may result from the dam’s removal, as well as how to mitigate those potential effects.

To ensure public input during this effort, the Town is holding this meeting to gather and discuss ideas on how to remember the Great Dam
