PROGRAM: This youth, non-coed recreational travel basketball program is for students in grades 3 and 4. This program is designed to instruct students in the fundamental aspects of the sport, while encouraging them to enjoy themselves and make new friends. This program does not stress competition, but recreation and good sportsmanship. Teams will have one practice per week and one game per weekend. Exeter is part of the Lamprey River Youth Basketball for the 2026-2027 season.

GRADES: Participants must be in Grade 3 or 4 by the start of 2026-2027 school year.

REGISTRATION: Registration is open to students of Exeter and surrounding towns, on a first-come, first-served basis, starting on Monday, September 21, 2026. Registrations accepted at the Recreation Office during our business hours, on-line, mail or by phone. Payment is required at the time of registration. 

The Exeter Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to limit registration and participation in any program. Exeter Parks & Recreation also reserves the right to effect other changes in the program, including but not limited to date and time changes, registration limits, and others, as may be required.

LOCATION: The Program will be held at Lincoln Street School, Exeter and surrounding towns in the league including but not limited to Raymond, Chester, Sanborn, Newmarket, Epping and Candia.

PRACTICES/GAMES: 1 Practice and 1 game per week, practices determined by coach. Games begin December 12, 2026. Practices begin November 17, 2026. Games will conclude by February break.

FEE: The cost of this program includes a Game Jersey. Please make your check payable to E.P.R.D. Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted. There will be a $20.00 Fee charged for each returned check. Scholarships available to areUin participants. Please call Caroline 603-773-6153 to register using an areuin card.
