Get ready for spooky fun and frightfully festive activities at the annual Halloween Parade & Costume Contest in downtown Exeter! Join Exeter Parks & Rec, local businesses, and the entire community for a fun-filled Halloween celebration the whole family can enjoy.

Date: Saturday, October 25th
Location: Parade begins at Swasey Park Way.
Cost: Free event

Costume Contest — 10:30 A.M.

Show off your creativity and Halloween spirit! Arrive early to sign up and participate in our costume contest. Prizes will be awarded to winners.

Parade — 11:00 A.M.

Following the costume contest, join us for the Halloween Parade through downtown Exeter. Participants of all ages are welcome to walk in the parade.

Downtown Trick-or-Treat — 12:00 to 3:00 P.M.

After the parade, enjoy trick-or-treating at local businesses throughout downtown. Participating locations will be marked with signage and decorations. Don’t forget your treat bags!

There is no rain date for this event, and no registration is required.
