Payment plans are available for Exeter Residents only. You will need to register in person to do the payment plan option. To help reduce financial barriers of summer camp, we have decided to do away with the $50 administrative fee that has historically been added to payment plans. This year you will only be responsible for 20% down at the time of registration and then the monthly payments until the balance is paid in full. The balance must be paid in full by the start of camp.
Limited Financial Aid is available for Exeter residents. Must be registered with Areuin. Camp scholarship allocation is done via lottery. Scholarships are not guarenteed and may only partially fund camp tuition as we try to support as many families in need as we can. To enter the scholarship lottery, please email a photo of your childs Areuin card to Caroline Neel CNeel@exeternh.gov by February 13th with their name, grade, and which session(s) they would like to attend. The scholarship lottery will be held on Tuesday February 17th.
