Field Hockey

This field hockey program is for children in grades K - 8 and is designed to introduce the sport of field hockey including history, rules, and game concepts. The goal of this program is to develop individual player skills including dribbling, passing, dodging, shooting, defense, etc. and to teach the importance of ball movement and team play in game situations.
