A 6-Week Educational Program for Parents & Caregivers

Description: Children learn far more from who we are than from what we say. This transformational six-session educational program helps parents and caregivers strengthen their own sense of worth so they can become calm, confident, emotionally grounded role models for their children. Blending neuroscience, practical tools, and meaningful conversations you will learn how to: Build greater emotional resilience, respond rather than react, break patterns of self-doubt and over-giving, create deeper and more connected relationships with your children, and model the confidence and self-worth you hope to inspire. When parents grow in worthiness, children naturally begin to believe in their own.

Included: A signed copy of Gail’s book, Born Worthy ($19.95 retail), A guided Worthiness Journal and Weekly handouts with neuroscience-based practices and daily mantras to strengthen self-worth for both parents and children.

About Gail Kauranen Jones: Gail Kauranen Jones is a nationally recognized worthiness and transition expert, award-winning author, and workshop leader with more than 25 years of experience helping people build confidence, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. She is certified in High Self-Esteem Coaching for Parents, Educators, and Children and previously taught workshops preparing high school students and their parents for the transition to college. She is the author of Born Worthy: Real Stories to Help Raise a Generation Who Knows Their Value and Founder of the Claim Your Worthiness® platform. Gail is also the recipient of Brain’z Magazine’s prestigious CREA Global Award for her articles on mental health, self-esteem and worthiness. Gail blends neuroscience, emotional regulation, and practical tools to help parents become the role models their children naturally learn from.

Date & Time: Tuesdays, September 29th to November 3rd. Classes meet from 6:00 to 7:30pm.

Fee: Early Bird ($199 per person) or Regular Pricing (starting September 1): $250 per person

Registration: Registration for residents opens Wednesday, August 26th at 8:15am. For non-residents registration opens Wednesday, September 2nd at 8:15am.
