Description: Learn to play ukulele is a workshop for the absolute beginner. You will be guided through the basics of the instrument, and you will be playing songs within one hour. Seacoast New Hampshire Ukulele Group will provide their lending library of 40 ukuleles so that everyone gets a chance, even if you do not own a ukulele. SNHUG provides a fun, non-judgmental environment that will have you playing music in no time, even if you have never touched an instrument before. Fun is guaranteed!!

Registration: Registration is open to Exeter residents on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 8:15am. Registration opens for non-residents on Wednesday, August 5th at 8:15am on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close when sessions fill. Registrations are accepted at the Exeter Recreation Office during our business hours, on-line, mail or by phone.

Dates & Time: Wednesday, September 9 from 3:00-4:00pm.

Location: 10 Hampton Road, Exeter, NH 03833.

Fee: The fee is $5 for residents (ages 50+) and $10 for non-residents (ages 50+). Min. 10 people Max. 15 people
