Energy Initiatives In Exeter

The Town of Exeter is always looking into ways to reduce our energy consumption. Not only are such measures environmentally friendly but they are also important ways to reduce the energy costs of the Government. By reducing Exeter's consumption of oil, natural gas, and electricity we are not only helping the planet but we are helping our taxpayers. 

Wastewater Solar Array

One such project is the solar array at the Exeter Wastewater Treatment Plant. This array has reduced Exeter's carbon footprint by over 16,000 lbs. of carbon by saving the Town more than 800 gallons of gasoline. 

Local Business Initiatives
