PREPARING FOR CONSTRUCTION – What to Expect

The Town of Exeter invites residents, business owners, and community members to attend a public information meeting regarding the upcoming construction of the Front/Linden/Pine Street Intersection Improvement Project. It will be held in person only to allow project staff to answer questions directly. A recording of the presentation will be posted on the project webpage for those unable to attend. 

MEETING PURPOSE
The purpose of this meeting is to provide information regarding construction operations and expectations, which are scheduled to begin on or around July 27th. Representatives from the Town, the Town’s Engineering Consultant, VHB, and the Town’s Contractor, Baillargeon Construction, will be present at this meeting. The project team will provide an overview of the anticipated construction schedule and duration, temporary road closures and detour routes, expected traffic and parking impacts, access to homes and businesses, utility work and any anticipated service interruptions, and methods of communication during construction. There will be an opportunity for those in attendance to ask questions following the presentation.

We encourage all residents and businesses within and near the project area to attend and learn more about the upcoming construction activities.
