5/22/2026: No work on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Crews will continue fine grading on Westside Drive throughout the week, with paving scheduled for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Preliminary work for the week of May 31 includes castings and prep work for curb installation along Westside Drive. Please check the work zone map link above for frequent updates. 

5/20/2026: The work zone map has been updated for today. 

5/18/2026: Mail - The town was just notified that mail delivery has been an issue in the neighborhood. The contractor and town representatives are actively seeking a solution. Today's mail (May 18th) may not be delivered considering the timing. We apologize for the inconvenience. Check back for further details. 

5/15/2026: Crews will continue roadway reclamation operations on Westside Drive. Work zone maps will be updated frequently.

5/14/2026: Tomorrow, Friday, May 15th, the crew will work on Tilton Ave and the southern intersection of Westside and Tilton. 

5/13/2026: Due to the inclement weather tomorrow, crews are shifting the work area. The "loop" in the NW corner of the neighborhood requires over-excavation and fabric due to expected poor subgrade, therefore crews will pivot to Blanche Ln re-construction. 

The contractors apologize for the late notice, this work will take 1 day for Blanche and DPW expects an update on Friday's map mid-day tomorrow. 

5/12/2026: Over the course of this week, there will be rolling temporary road closures as crews begin to reconstruct road segments throughout the week. A copy of the work zone map can be found in the supporting documents section of this page.

5/8/2026: Crews will continue roadway reclamation operations on Westside Drive. Road reconstruction activities are anticipated to continue over the next two weeks, weather permitting. Please refer to the weekly work zone update for additional details.

5/4/2026: Beginning today, crews will start roadway reclamation operations as part of the road reconstruction process. Reclamation involves grinding and pulverizing the existing roadway surface to create a new base for reconstruction. Residents and motorists in the area should expect increased construction noise, truck traffic, dust, and periodic ground vibrations during active work. Reclamation and reconstruction activities are anticipated to continue over the next two weeks, weather permitting. Please refer to the weekly work zone update for additional details.
