Intersection Improvements RFP: Front St. / Linden St. / Pine St.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids for the Front St. / Linden St. / Pine St. Intersection Improvement Project in Exeter, NH, will be received at the office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 10 Front Street, Exeter, NH until 3:00 PM on June 1, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the Selectboard meeting that night.

The work includes constructing a roundabout at the above-named intersection and includes minor roadway reconstruction, closed drainage, curbing, electrical conduit, lighting foundations, light poles and fixtures, landscaping, traffic signage, pavement markings, temporary traffic control, and other associated work to facilitate construction.

Complete Bidding Documents and instructions may be requested here. An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 8:30 A M on May 19, 2026 at Exeter Public Works building at 13 Newfields Road in Exeter.  Contract Substantial Completion date shall be November 20, 2026 and Final Completion shall be May 28, 2027

Each bid must be accompanied by BID SECURITY, payable to the Town of Exeter, in the amount of 10% of the total bid, which BID SECURITY must be in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond. Successful bidder must furnish 100% Construction Performance Bond.
