Petition for Approval of Service to a Limited Area in the Town of Stratham

On June 30, 2026, the Town of Exeter (Exeter) filed a petition requesting that the Commission authorize it to provide water and upgraded sewer service to an industrial park partially located in the Town of Stratham (Stratham).  In support of its petition, Exeter filed several attachments, including Attachment D, the prefiled testimony of Stephen Cronin, Exeter's Public Works Director (Cronin Testimony).  All docket filings, other than any information subject to confidential treatment, are available on the Commission's website at PUC virtual File Room, see Docket DW 26-041.
