Epping Road TIF Project Construction
The project includes drainage improvements, water sewer utility extensions, roadway widening, and the addition of nearly continuous curbed sidewalks along both sides of Epping Road. The project is divided into phases to be complete in the summer of 2025. Traffic delays, though unavoidable, will be managed to the extent practicable.
Status Updates
6/30/2025: The contractor is currently widening the shoulders on both sides of the road. Work will stop on July 2nd in preparation for the 4th of July holiday, and resume on Monday, July 7th. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the roadway.
6/20/2025: Construction on Epping Road from Continental Drive to Cronin Road will resume on Monday, June 23rd and continue through August. Flaggers will be on-site to manage lane shifts and assist with traffic control. Expect traffic delays in the area during construction hours. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the roadway.
