Epping Road TIF Project Construction Updates

Epping Road and Continental Drive Signalized Intersection

This project has been completed.

10/1/19: The traffic light will be installed at the intersection of Epping Road and Continental Drive this week. The work will take 2-3 days to complete and is weather dependent. There may be alternating one-way traffic at times during this work.

12/6/18: The installation of guardrails will start on December 7th. Work continues on overhead wires. Potentially striping lanes by December 14th. 

Drainage installation continues at the intersection.

Epping Road Water & Sewer Utility Extensions

5/17/19: Final paving is scheduled for early next week and the lane markings will be painted by the end of May. The traffic signal will be installed in late summer.

5/2/19: Water and sewer main installation will be wrapping up next week on Epping Rd. The base will be paved late next week if the weather cooperates. That will be the end of road work here until the final paving is done later this summer. The traffic signal will also be installed in late summer.

4/26/19: Water and sewer main installation will continue on Epping Rd. A majority of the work will be completed by late spring except for the traffic signal which will be installed in late summer.

4/22/19: Water and sewer main installation will continue on Epping Rd. A majority of the work will be completed by late spring except for the traffic signal which will be installed in late summer. 

12/6/18: Sewer and water main construction will continue on Epping Rd. Utility trenches will be paved on Fridays. 

Work is expected to continue until December 21st on both projects. Final construction will resume in early spring.
